Just me

She sensed the loneliness again
everyone around her was lost
they fell farther away by the minute
until it was just her at the bar sipping red wine
Peaceful and quiet but no one to talk to
she retreated into her imagination
Everyone came back

Didn't listen

The snake bites the man who didn't listen
punishment it was but the man didn't know,
too unaware of nature's gifts
to give a damn about the spirits who still hold the secrets in their presence of a love unknown

A promised land?

My heart breaks and shakes whenever I wake
to a life of fakes trying to make me ache
But I get up to see and be
in my head a promised land is the key
I'm detached without society's patch
They can't get me because I have nothing to prove
Just a world to move

Its only pain

I take my gloves off and feel the pain starting
my fingers thawing from the cold winter weather
Its only pain, physical pain at that
I welcome it.
It is truth, it is my awareness, it is my present moment

I enjoy jumping in lake Mighigan when there is ice in the water, it gives me laser like clarity and awareness, I also hear its good for the immunity. Just make sure you know how to swim and your not in a wheelchair after an
Irukandji jellyfish left you paralysed. (Irukandji is not made up, it is a tiny little thing found in australia and is known to be the worlds most deadly jellyfish).
